Family-run workshop · [[SUBURB]]
Looking after [[SUBURB]]'s cars like they're our own.
Logbook servicing, brakes, diagnostics and rego inspections — done by the same familiar faces every time. You get the price in writing first, and we only do what you've said yes to.
Servicing with us won't void your new car warranty — you're not tied to the dealership.
The workshop from the street, roller door up, a car on the hoist. Daylight, landscape.
Everything the dealer does, without the dealer bill
No job gets passed around. We'll tell you what's wrong, what it costs, and what can safely wait until next time.
-
01
Logbook servicing Warranty safe
Minor and major services to the manufacturer's schedule, genuine or OEM-equivalent parts, and your book stamped every time.
-
02
Brakes, steering & suspension
Pads, rotors, shocks, bushes, ball joints and alignments. If it squeals, shudders, pulls or clunks, we'll find it.
-
03
Diagnostics & warning lights
Scanned with dealer-level gear and diagnosed properly, rather than throwing parts at it and billing you for the guesswork.
-
04
[[INSPECTION_NAME]] inspections While you wait
Booked in most days. Anything that fails gets quoted on the spot and re-inspected once it's sorted.
-
05
Clutch, gearbox & driveline
Clutches, transmission services, CV joints, tailshafts and diffs. Manual and auto, including dual-clutch and CVT.
-
06
Air-con, batteries & electrical
Regas and leak testing, battery and charging faults, alternators, starters, lighting and wiring gremlins.
Also on the board: pre-purchase inspections, tyres and balancing, exhausts, timing belts and chains, cooling systems, 4WDs, utes and fleet work. Not sure what you need? Give us a ring and describe the noise — we've heard it before.
The same faces, every time you come in
We're a family workshop, not a chain. [[OWNER_NAME]] quotes your car and [[OWNER_NAME]] works on it — so there's nobody to hide behind if we get it wrong.
Nobody really dislikes mechanics. They dislike surprises.
So we've built the whole workshop around getting rid of them. [[YEARS]] years in [[SUBURB]], every make and model, petrol, diesel and hybrid — and a lot of customers who've been coming since the beginning.
You and the team in the bay, in work gear, mid-job. Not posed. This is the photo that sells trust.

01
You see the price before we start
We inspect, then send a written quote — usually with photos of the actual problem. Nothing happens until you say go.
-
02
Your new car warranty is safe here
You're not required to service at the dealership. Done to schedule with the right parts and stamped, your warranty stands. Usually for a good deal less.
-
03
Urgent, soon, or can wait
Every report sorts findings into those three, so you can budget. We'll happily tell you a part has another 10,000km left in it.
-
04
Backed [[WARRANTY_MONTHS]] months / [[WARRANTY_KM]]km
Parts and workmanship. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back. No argument, no invoice.
-
05
You'll know when it's ready
[[COURTESY_LINE]] Early drop-off is fine, and we'll text you the moment it's done rather than leaving you wondering.
What it actually costs
Real starting prices, published. Your exact figure depends on the car and what we find — and you'll have it in writing before we start.
Our pricing promise
- 01A written quote before any work begins. You approve it, not us.
- 02If we find something extra, we stop and call. Nothing gets added quietly.
- 03The quote is the price you pay. No mystery "shop supplies" line.
- 04We'll tell you when a repair can safely wait — and when it genuinely can't.
All prices in AUD and include GST. Starting prices assume a standard passenger car; European, performance, 4WD and light commercial may differ. Ring us with your rego for an exact figure.

Things people ring up and ask
Will servicing here void my new car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law you can have a new car serviced by any qualified mechanic without losing the manufacturer's warranty — you're not tied to the dealership. The service just has to follow the manufacturer's schedule, use parts that meet their spec, and be recorded in your logbook. That's exactly how we do it, and we stamp the book every time.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Booking is better — it means there's a hoist free and the right parts on the shelf, so you're not sitting around. We can usually get you in within [[LEAD_TIME]]. That said, if the car is unsafe to drive or a light has come on that's worrying you, ring [[PHONE_DISPLAY]] and we'll fit you in as soon as we can.
What if you find something extra once it's up on the hoist?
We stop and call you. You'll be told what we found, what it costs, and whether it needs doing now or can safely wait. Nothing extra goes on the bill without you agreeing to it first — that's the whole point of quoting up front.
What sort of cars do you work on?
Just about everything on Australian roads — Japanese, Korean, Australian, European, petrol, diesel and hybrid, plus 4WDs, utes and light commercials. If there's something we genuinely can't do in-house, we'll say so straight up and point you to someone who can.
Do you guarantee your work?
We do — [[WARRANTY_MONTHS]] months or [[WARRANTY_KM]]km on parts and workmanship, whichever comes first. If something we've repaired isn't right, bring it back and we'll sort it out. No argument, no invoice.
Can I wait with the car, or drop it off?
Either works. Shorter jobs like a [[INSPECTION_NAME]] inspection or a battery are usually done while you wait. For a full service or a bigger repair, most people drop off in the morning and collect that afternoon. [[COURTESY_LINE]]
How do I pay?
Card, tap or bank transfer on collection. You'll get a proper itemised tax invoice with parts and labour listed separately, so you can see exactly where the money went.
Need it looked at this week?
Tell us the car and the symptom — you'll get a straight answer and a fixed price, from someone who'll still be here next year.
